RJB Christian School Global

Training is very important to the success of any organization’s educational ministry. RJB Christian School continues to sharpen the skills of our staff by providing top-notch training to keep up with the pace of the ever-changing technological world. We train our staff by allowing them to continue taking courses at universities like the University of Central Florida and so on. They also attend sessions held by A.C.E. and Alpha Omega. The yearly conventions allow the staff to increase their knowledge in the subject matter. They collaborate with other educators from around the states to learn new approaches to working with students. Our staff is constantly improving themselves to better their methods of instructing students that attend our school.

 

Our goal, according to 1 Corinthians 15:58, in training our staff is to glorify the Lord by:

  • Empowering—to give them the tools they need to do their job more effectively.
  • Encouraging—enthusiastically motivating them to do their best for Christ.
  • Engaging—to connect them with the individuals they will need to know when issues inevitably arise.

    We strive to maintain the following class sizes to increase learning: kindergarten (15 students) and grades 1 through 12 (16 students).

  • Is RJB Christian School accredited?

    RJB Christian School has been a member of the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS) since 2005.

  • At what age is my child eligible to attend RJB Christian School

    We accept students as young as 1 year old through Grade 12.

  • What are the school hours or early learning hours?

    Early learning students may be dropped off as early as 6:30am. Grade school has a drop-off time of 7:40am.
